Anthony Murray, Esq. 

Anthony Murray, licensed in New York, Arizona and California as an Attorney, is a partner of the firm.  He was one of the founding partners of the firm in New York in 2012. Anthony practices international corporate and business law with an emphasis on services to family offices, personal legal matters for business people, investment matters, including federal and state securities matters. Our client base includes a number of well-known businesses, business people, family offices, SEC registered investment advisers, foreign advisers, U.S and foreign issuers.   He also regularly provides legal advice on contracts, labor matters, corporate transactions, secured lending transactions and the formation and organization of legal entities (LLCs, corporations and limited partnership).  

 

Anthony also handles and has experience of complex litigation matters, and has been involved in a number of notable matters.   He has appeared and filed papers in litigation in a number of contested matters in State and Federal court on a number of important issues including the enforcement of judgments, injunctions and other complicated legal arguments.   Anthony was appointed Receiver by New York State Supreme Court in the matter of Molina and Totalbank v. Chladek, (New York County, 603763/2006, unanimously affirmed on appeal (2016 NY Slip Op 04801 (N.Y. App. Div. 2016).   He was responsible on behalf of the court for taking control of the debtor's TV stations and FCC licenses and arranging a successful sale.   Other types of work include advising clients on matters before federal and state agencies.
